A grid of nine labelled CRT monitors wired by signal cables into a closed loop; the centre screen shows a feedback tunnel of shrinking screens receding to a dot, ringed by a cat, two makers and a reading eye. Every guard is guarded; the loop only closes when you look, and you are CH 09.
