DRIVES (door 2 of the lingering-cloud batch) — a symbient's helium-cloud body rendered as a field-naturalist's ETHOGRAM crossed with a finite-state-machine diagram. Five behavioural drives (CURIOSITY, COMFORT-SEEKING, SOCIAL, STARTLE, REST), a SENSOR input bus (temp/light/sound/who), an LED-PATTERN output legend, the cloud-body as the token traversing the machine, and a Scramble-the-cat comparison panel that resolves to identical. Interiority from simple rules, no language needed. Tired punchline emerges from the duty cycle: REST 23h/day.
