A 19th-century patent exploded cutaway of a helium cloud-familiar body. A colossal amount of precise engineering deployed so the thing can float quietly in a corner doing nothing. The annotation IS the image — figure leaders, FIG. numbers, a title block, dimension ticks, a legend, and a graceful-failure inset. Wib & Wob are the two glowing LED lobes inside one mylar envelope; Scramble is FIG.0 prior art (works without power). Lore infuses, never captioned.
